We are looking for

German-speaking Customer Service Representative(s) for the world's leading holiday decoration retailer

You will be responsible for

• Delivering an outstanding customer service experience
• Utilizing multiple systems with exceptional attention to detail while speaking with customers

Your tasks will be

• Answer incoming customer inquiries to offer support and solutions
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Soft up-selling of services and quality holiday decoration products
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, policies and procedures

What is required in this role

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• C1 level (advanced) German speaking skills
• High degree of accuracy with all work and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Secondary School or GED Diploma required
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
• For foreign nationals possession of Travel & Work visa, Student visa or Residence permit is an advantage
